Go-to-market sequence
- Design-partner cohort (0–8 weeks): 20–30 serious builders; useful reports, not fake traffic.
- Founding catalog (8–16 weeks): 50 excellent apps across five launch categories.
- Developer loop (months 4–8): badges with evidence links, CI later, install analytics.
- Demand partnerships without depending on one builder platform.
- Enterprise pilot after the public trust loop works.
- Open submission only after gates pass.
