This phase (host on Lovable)
The live app stays on Lovable Cloud so publisher auth, scans, and storage keep working without a second database bill. Clerk, Neon, and Vercel remain the planned independent stack after design partners exist. Do not run two public products.

Gates, not forecasts
- North star: weekly trusted activations — install or authorize a verified app and complete a meaningful task within 7 days.
- Gate 1: ≥60% of qualified install starts complete on iOS and Android.
- Gate 2: ≥50% of design partners fix one material preflight issue and resubmit.
- Gate 3: critical failures caught without drowning good developers in false positives.
- Gate 6: open submissions only after three clean months of abuse, review capacity, and incident response.
Principal risks
- Directory without demand.
- Low-quality AI spam.
- False security confidence.
- iOS Home Screen friction.
- A4 / high-impact agent abuse.
- Lovable Cloud lock-in if export is delayed past the first 100 live publishers.
